Just in the process of finishing the dual battery setup and now its time for a fridge. Decided on ARB as i can get a good price from a relative and that i have heard good things especially about the easy to remove lid which will be important as I wont be getting sliders for a while.

We normally only head off road for 3-5 days. We have no kids, only the Mrs and I.

Not sure whether to go the 35L or the 47L. The depth and the width are the same, the height is the only difference with the larger being 508mm and the smaller 428mm.

Has anyone used/is using either of these fridges? Any recommendations as to what one to go for?

I have a 35 and 50 litre Waeco. If I could only have one I'd go for the larger of the two. Even for two people the 35 is too small for a five day trip. Women always want you to eat fresh food which is pretty bulky, plus you need decent room for your beer.

I also run the 35l and 50l Waeco's, the 35 as the freezer and the 50 as the fridge which works well.
Again if only taking one camping then I'd definitely want the larger unit....

Cool. Good advice. Looks like the larger one is the go.

Happy with your ARB's?
