Yer, I got a front bar, looks the goods and is real solid. I haven't had to snatch off it yet but I have faith. Only thing I did was make a more solid winch bracket coz their one was abit weak.

Well thats worrying :o

Maybe I will just sick to the original plan and go with the protofab bars....

Im not suggesting anything about the bar (although I think the protofab look better finished).
But that pic of the LHD XJ is the SkyJacker unit which was fitted with a Hanson bumper. Also it's confirmed when you look closely at the lines & quality finish of the 2 bumpers imaged.

Bought protofab bumpers and sliders today. Can't wait for them to get here.

Now I just have to decide where I go with the suspension ....

Hey XJeepers,
What are you trying to achieve suspension wise? I`m researching that very topic myself & would like to hear you thoughts regarding kit & vendors etc.
cheers,
Rick

Went with 5.5" RE springs up front. Rear is a 3.5" RE lift pack with shackle relocation kit which should net me about 5-6" with extended shackles.

Where did you source this kit from?

Its not a kit as such. Got the springs, RE shocks and other bits and pieces from Wooders. Shackle relocation kit from the U.S along with CA drop kit. Already had upper and lower CA's from ironmanfab 4x4 and adj. track bar from Dave IIRC.
