Panhard bush

Hi all, I need to replace my bush in the front adjustable panhard. Which I think it is a rubicon express, but not sure...the standard tj bush I bought won't fit unless I take the sleeve out that is in the panhard...my question is its that sleeve ment to be there and I need another bush or I need that sleeve taken out.

mines the same. that sleeve has to come out

just cut the sleeve with a hack saw try not to cut in to the panard rod end the sleeve will come out easy
