Engine leak???

Good morning my friends,

I have a situation and I need to determine what it could be. I have noticed that my TJ is leaking coolant, but it seems to be coming from the engine block. Is this possible or is it coming from somewhere else, and is running down the block. Doesn't seem like a good thing. Please help...

you could have a leaky welsh plug. they are 2" diameter and there are five down the manifold side of the block plus another two at the rear, one being in the head and the other on the block

but you also could have a leaky water pump or even a hose with coolant being blown along the block when driving giving the impression that the block is leaking

get under the vehicle and shine a torch on each plug and carefully inspect after shutting the engine down for the source
