Does any body have any tip and tricks for easy removal of JKU hard top with 1 person, maybe 2?

If you have some ratchet straps (2 or 3 for balance) you can strap it to your garage ceiling and just drive out. Undo the roof, feed the straps and tighten them up. Leaves you free to drive away.
