Alternator upgrades

Hey guys, I'm running a '95 XJ Cherokee sport 4.0 auto with a bunch of upgrades and add ons. Is my daily driver/exploring rig and I want to upgrade my alternator from its stock 90amp internally regulated unit to something a little more grunty.

Currently I run dual batteries, coupla radios, LEDs light bars, thermos, gps, winch, fridge etc etc

I've looked through the forum and can't seem to find a thread containing upgrade information for sourcing and installing higher amperage Alternators, either bolt in or otherwise needing modifications.

Any help would be appreciated.
