I took the car for a wheel alignment the other day and notd that the rear left is toed out by 2 deg and that the right is close to 0, they indicated there was no adjustment, any thoughts?

It's a solid axle so there is little you can do about it. You might have had it from new like that or some how bent the whole axle housing since!

There is apparently a guy in Newcastle who specialises in alignments of fixed axle 4wd and trucks, he somehow and safely bends the diff housing and/or other components. A friend had it done to his Landcruiser at 100000klm, it now has 326000 klm and he still swaers that it is aligned perfectly and he has no resltant problems. His cu=ruiser is ised mainly on road and is his work/trademsmans truck.

Wow! Great contact, just spoke to them. They do an offset front ball joint for $295 fitted that at least stops the car pulling to the left which it does at present. As for fixing the rear 2 mm toe they said they send it out somewhere to get done, a bit a of labour an courier costs, they said it wasn't really worth it.
