Browsing JU and saw a link to these quick disconnects.

They use air line fittings for the disconnect portion of them but there are no details. I thought this was a real neat idea but would air line fittings be up to the task?? I think I'll have a look at how tough my shop compressor fittings are tonight.
I think the airline part is just used so you dont have to swing the bar out of the way after disconnecting at the bottom but with a fitting at the top and bottom the whole bar could be easily taken out I think.
