Rear Seat bolt size

Can one of you guys who have the rear seat get the bolt size and thread type for the rear seats, they are different than the front seats and I only have the bolts for the front

I am talking about the ones that go into the captive nuts in the tub floor

I can tell you next week, Iam doing the same thing this weekend! I take my car to a bolt shop and thet come out and find the ones that fit :mrgreen: No diging around in bolt boxes.

I am going to have a look at a suzy back seat this week, It should fit :?: But I wanted a cj one and i cant find one.

Got an answer from JU

They are 7/16 - 14 and 1-1/4" long.

I will confirm when I try this size out

dave ive got some of both unf and unc don't buy any ill bring the to the meeting :D pretty sure they are 7/16 unf (20) :)

I got mine from Jeeepart, they were wrecking a mint CJ7 that was in a car prang so I got the complete set of seats.

Be warned that they sell for far more than I think they are worth but after ringing all the major shops I know the price I got was very fair if not cheap, still more than I think they are "worth" but :roll: :roll:

Brads bestop one is in great condition. Bestop seats are ADR certified so thats a big plus but due to the wierd way the RTA operate I needed the orignal seat to jump through their hoops, if I had a 4 seat compliance plate then the bestop one would have been better value
