2.5td engine number location

Anyone know where I can find the engine number on the 2.5td motor?

Left hand side, on the block.

thanks..

just for clarity it's on the passengers side below the VM symbol. If the block is rusty it can be a little hard to spot but once you find the flat bit where the numbers are a bit of chalk shows it up well.
