Light bar

I been thinking about making a lightbar that incorperates mirror relocation brackets , a upper mounting point for the snorkle and can be used as the foward mount for a roof rack.

I was thinking 40 x 3mm tube (or would that be overkill ) with 1/8" plate onto the lower windscreen mounts I'd like to mount 4 small lights (sugestions) in such a way I can Have a basket or canoe resting on top of the bar

I need a little inspiration to thrash out the details
