I have a little spare time on my hands so Im going to do the oils in the heep
just wondering about position of fill point on gearbox. Also I asume the fill and drain point on the transfercase are the two hex ones at the back? :?: :?: :%

Yup, two points on rear of case.

Most important thing to remember:

DO NOT OPEN THE DRAIN PLUG FIRST!!!!!!

Open the fill plug first, so you can get oil (ATF fluid) back in. Too many horror stories of draining the fluid, then breaking the fill plug trying to remove it.

Tranny plug is on the side. I think it's a 17 mm? hex socket.

Don't know what tranny you have, but always use the manufacturer's gear lube. Most of the fancy aftermarket stuff makes the tranny noisy and die sooner.
