I have a 4x4 camper and was wandering if there is a hitch goose neck that can raise the front of the trailer when pulled by a standard car like a commodor?

Yep, although may have to get custom made. If its the hayman reese style may be able to turn it upside down to lift it.

yeh hayman Reese style will have a look around the one I have on my Jeep Jk has a very small step, I need one that has a step down by about 3-4 inchs so I can turn it around to get the right amount of lift when i turn it around.

You can get adjustable height hitches but they are exxy......
(note this is a US site)

I've seen Waveboarding boats (malibu's etc) towed by Ftrucks with this style of hitch, no reason it cant be used to raise as well as lower tow point.

Or you can measure how far you need to raise the tow point, and buy a fixed drop / raise gooseneck.

I think getting the simplest is the best and it wont be hard to redill the pin hole to get around bumpers and stuff.

You might be able to get what you want from the wreckers as well. Worth a look.

Will do mate as this project is going to help hire the trailer out to family/friends now all I need to do is work out how have a simple system to work the eletric brakes from the draw bar as not every one has a controller in the car.

Don't forget fleebay.
I paid about 30 delivered for a adjustable H/R hitch. Has a long "L" shaped tongue and about 4 holes for adjustment.

Repco sells em new for about $130 but often discounts em to $100.
They can raise or lower by about 8" in about 1" increments.Only downside is tow tating is only about 1500kg.

Many of those US hitches are illegal in Australia, as are hitch extensions. Better check before you invest in one.

Call The One Stop Shop in Hallam (used to be Prestige Towbars)
They have Hayman Reece towbar tongues in all sizes. I bought a 5 " drop one for my GQ, to drop it enough to tow my Camper

The ones you can get at REPCO etc are Hayman Reese & are ADR approved.

I have a Hayman Reece raised hitch insert which was apparently the tallest drop i could get. I bought it from ARB for about $120... ouch. I don't know how well you can see it but it raises up a good 4-5 inches due to the TJ's crappy low factory tow bar. Now that i have rear airbags & new springs & taller tyres it's probably a tad too tall but i have half a dozen here to play with to get it right.

Any decent caravan shop or tow bar joint will have a range of Hayman Reece goose necks. They have various size tongues as well as longer shafts to allow for utes with trays. Very easy to weld up also if you have the steel and know how. OOppss forgot ADR's......can't weld anymore..
