Preload Ammount for a D30 *Urgent*

Hi All

I am fitting my front diff center to my D30 which ive just got back from ARB,

Does anyone know the carrier bearning preload amount for a D30 TJ front diff.

Also is there a tourqe setting for the bearing caps.

If someone in the know how could give me a call that would be appreciated as im in the shed at the moment trying to get this done.

Any assistance would be great.
