Network Error issues in Google Chrome

Could anyone please help me out here with this? I use Google Chrome for all my purpose but for the past few days, I am not able to. I am seeing ERR_NETWORK CHANGE in Chrome.
I couldn’t understand the problem and all I did was clear my cache and wiped off all the data that I have been surfing so far. But, no chances for it to work. Need a permanent fix for this one. Please guide me through this. Thanks

Edit: got a solution from appuals- https://appuals.com/err-network-changed-error/

Getting the same error. Its a hosting issue that seems to not be able to be resolved by our host.

Try these steps to fix ERR_NETWORK_CHANGE in Chrome: restart your router, update your network drivers, and flush your DNS cache using ipconfig /flushdns in Command Prompt. If the issue persists, consider resetting your network settings.
