    driving lights

    Hi fellow Jeepers,
I recently upgraded from a 2002 Cherokee sport to a 2015 Grand Cherokee.
As I do a bit of night driving, one thing I am disappointed in is the lights, and I am looking to install a set of driving lights. Having looked at nudge bars etc, I have chosen to opt for a number plate bracket as most of the bars I have found are not compatible with the parking sensors,,,, I have also discovered that it does not seem to be an easy install, due to there being no actual high beam wire, and the battery being under the pass front seat.
My question is, has anyone had success with the Kings plug and play wiring harness? that way I only have to locate an active power source??
    cheers in advance

Easy to do mate, run the positive off the main feed for the fuse box in the engine bay, nice easy nut to access, then run the trigger off the passenger side headlight, I can't remember which wire it is, but easy enough to find out.
    I drive over stuff!!!!

That’s awesome, thanks for taking the time to answer, I’ll definitely be checking out the wiring. I read somewhere that the voltage to the headlight is at 6V on low beam and 12V on high, this confused me a little.

I am not sure about the voltage, but I do know that mine 2012 Overland with HID's has a separate 12v for the high beam, I believe the later models are the same, I just tapped into the high beam wirte behind the headlight as it was easier to get to by removing the airbox instead of the overflow tank
