Hello Guys, have just bought a Laredo CRD, about 2 weeks away.
Sorry to see my 2003 KJ go, it has been a fantastic vehicle, that has done cape york and towed my 16ft van around australia extremely well averaging 13.5L/100Km, I'm sure it's next owner will be just as pleased.
However, a bigger van is on the way & after looking at Toyotas the 3.5T towing capacity & torque swung me for the price. So now we start all over again, thanks for all the tips in the posts they helped greatly in the decision making.
Only one question the cargo barrier issue, where am I going to get one in Victoria and what are the implications for the curtain air bags???

            WH mods

I have an MY07 WH with an ARB bar & a 2nd battery fitted in rear compartment after installation of proper tie-downs.
Desperately want a Dtronics chip & a snorkel.
Pix of fridge tie-down points are at: (it wont let me load 'em again)
Hi guys After ideas on where to locate / fix anchors for tie-downs that I can strap the front & rear of an Engel 40L to in my 2007 WH. What have others done? What have others used as the anchors. Thoughts / ideas appreciated.
            Cheers, Graeme

Hi, This is a email that i recieve from hiflo. We have a Tuning box brand diesel tuner that would fit your
vehicle. The unit is of 'plug and play' type so you can install it easily in
a few minutes yourself and no adjuistments need to be made. The tuner is
supplied with factory style plugs so there is no soldering or cutting of
wires and the unit can be easily removed. It will increase your power from
160 to 202kw and torque from 510 to 612nm. As well as increasing power and
torque, the tuner in most cases will improve your fuel consumption as the
increase of torque means you do not have to accelerate as heavily to get
over hills. The unit is supplied with a 5 year guarantee.

Cost to you $880.00 including gst, we currently have one unit of this type
left in stock. If you require more information, you can contact me on 1800
817 006 or have a look at the manufacturers website at www.tuningbox.com
                    Regards Steve
