Early Bird finishes at the end of July, so get those tickets. If you jump in now and get them you are getting tickets at $1 more than 2010 prices!!! which was cheaper then 2008 and 2006 anyway 
Also, checkout the facebook page for plenty of updates and videos, we post stuff on there every day or so at the moment, normally more after a weekend of reccies etc
