Stu, got a price yet for the skid plates? I need a set and was planning to get them from Leo Muller who want around $850 for a full set fitted (at least, I think that's what they said). When will yours be available?

I'll be doing the skids back to the T'case, but the Genuine 3, will be my 2.
Tranny & Tcase will be one. I wont bother with the fuel tank at this stage as it is quite complicated and I believe the genuine price is about right (for what it is). The Kilby Gas skid is rather dear in comparison, $500+ from memory.

I might look at the skid later.

Also, for the benefit of this thread and its contents relating to the topic, could anyone who's interested pls PM me for now, as I dont want to clog up the thread with my stuff, although i'm very excited !! :P!
I'll clean this thread up in the next 48hrs.

Cheers all,
Stu

Ps, I registered my business name today, along with an ABN and even a web address but I wont say anything untill its all hunkydory :P!!

Finally its on and ready for my big trip north. Bit disapointed with the quality of the snorkel and the installer commented he had seen better. But its one and working.

Not flaming or anything but i'm interested as to why you & he think the quality isnt there?

Who was the installer ? I noticed he hasnt put a bead of silicon arcoss the top yet leaving it exposed - you should take it back to get that done.

Looks good with all that gear on there too !!
