Here is a shot (I would if I could!)of my trailer chassis, it uses new Hi-lux springs that are spring over. The jeep is pre lift and the trailer now sits a little lower now that it’s finished.
Last year we did 6000 km through SA and it travelled like a dream. It just needs me to pull out my finger and put some shocks on it. Fully loaded it weighed about 700kg.

Just thought I'd give my 2c worth.

I take it you have you front spring eye mounted higher than the rear spring eye then at the bottom of the shackle? So your front eye is the same height as your upper shackle mount?

Gojeep, the front eye is slightly lower than the rear. I also should take this chance to say thanks for a great site as I got the basic plan for the chassis from there.
