Sensor 2 could be the one in the DPF canister or pre turbo.

In at the moment with bad injector and exhaust gas temp fault, Jeep only covered 36K.
8 years ownership of a WH 3.0 OM642 and no engine faults at all, so to me the VM is not a reliable engine.

Did 10 mile trip to work with no electrics on at all yesterday (heated seats, aircon etc) apart from lights and fan still came on at 0 deg outside temp and 56 deg coolant temp....
