I've fitted 90% of the parts i had purchased for it. Still a few bits and pieces to fit and some further sorting required. Examples are;

Sounds like you got a great deal Hellcat. The 8.8 sure has a lot of gearing and locker options.

The falcon diff uses a flange so to use a front XJ driveshaft you need a flange to yoke adapter....

Yeah if someone was planning to re-gear to suit larger tyres then the 8.8, Dana 44 or C8.25 would be a much better option. I only chose the Falcon diff as it came up cheap.
