I pulled my stuffed NV 245 Transfer Case down today and here is what I found.
When you strip a gear I make sure I do it properly. This is the sprocket that drives the front drive shaft. The main sprocket is also bruised too. To replace both gears and a new chain is approximately $400 for genuine Mopar pats ex the USA.
