Default Camping Gear

Hi all,

Just found this US based site which has a TON of stuff on it.

www.goinggear.com

I just bought a ridiculous torch from there (the Olight SR90) and their service is excellent!

Just thought I would share that and pose the question - where do you all get your camping / outdoor equipment from?

For quality brands and a great range of important items such as camping furniture, tents, portable fridges, cookers, day-packs, etc you can't go past Anaconda & Ray's Outdoors. For generic stuff (butane gas cartridges, tent pegs/poles, tarps, fishing tackle, etc) K-mart camping department in their bigger stores has a good range of the cheaper stuff and saves serious $$ for the nice high-end stuff from Rays's/Anaconda.

I think BCF and Rays are owned by the same company, and if my memeroy serves me correctly its the same company that owns Super Cheap Auto.

Thats why Super Cheap are now stockin a bigger range of camping gear aswell as Stauns

whats the reasoning for the boycott?

I boycott BWS cos they bought out heaps of existing small businesses to quickly increase their market share, then charge rediculous prices....
