Default No Clip

Well took my Jeep to the dealer as yesterday i found i had no clip. The deal confirmed there was no clip(ya) But one has to come from Melbourne so i have to drive back tomorrow. (sigh) I will keep one or two in my car i think they cost 75 cents.

Mate its on the left side up high on the Tcase if somone moves the leaver in the car for you (not much) you will see the cable moving on or in my case next to the Tcase. There are two you want the most rear high one.

And wouldn't these be the same blokes who would recommend against leaving the city without a toolkit, basic spares and a recovery kit? Whatever happened to being prepared and self-sufficient in the bush? It's no excuse for Jeep's notorious quality control but sheesh, soft as.

Yes we fixed the nissan, to get it HOME!

Obviously they didnt want to fork out for transport to get from hill end, back to the dealer in Sydney.

Guessing that the clip never stopped it from driving back to the dealer in 2wd, there was no real urgency to fix?
