Depending on how much you bumpstop will depend on how much the tyre will hit the flare. Our flare has plenty of give in it to not damage any body panels, but why do you want to go 37's with only 2" lift.
Consider what backspacing you will need, even with 4.5 backspacing, my 37's touch the chasiss at full flex.

If you are going to rest on your flares, you dont have many options! (Sorry im biased)
In terms of stability, you will find a jk on 37's sits lower than a cruiser or patrol on 33's. Dont underestimate its stability. Thats on my jk with about 4-5 inches of lift.

Not sure what anyone else's experience has been with these flares.. I've pm'd double black about my issues and waiting for a response before I comment any further. Although there's not much to be said that will change my mind at this stage unless I'm having some sort of total brain fade.

These turned out to be waaaaaay to much hassle after 1.5 months and flares that didn't fit.. bought a set of bushwacker flares from Wooders and had them the same day..

Just been reading this thread, I didn't have that experience, fitted double black off road flares to my JK last weekend and they bolted straight up, look great, and received great customer service for Bill. Would recommend these flares to all. Haven't seen any flares on the market that flex like these!

Got a set from Double Black Offroad and they are EXTREMELY flexible - I just can't see anything short of a chainsaw causing them to tear.

Given that the thread title includes "Expression of Interest" I wasn't surprised that there was a delay. it did take awhile, but the end product is cool IMO.

Actually..... i've had to wait on just about significant thing I wanted from every supplier - local and US so the development delay was about the same as the usual order shipping delays et cetc unless your prepared to spend megabucks on freight...

Not a lot of stock being kept in anyones sytems at the moment and some looooooong delivery times being quoted
