Yes there were sign up and one of the apparent owners gave us a sob story about how the property has been trashed and I do simpathise with him but I said hey mate I am one of the good guys and am not here to dump rubbish and poor sump oil into the creek,but he has tarred us all with the same brush. He also claimed they had put cameras in. We still went through and saw heaps of motobikes and fourbies.
I dont think he has much chance of keeping people out.
We left the place the way we found it so he cant complain.
