Thanks all for the advice. Whatever is going on, it's definately out of whack. Drove it out the garage to have a good look at it, and the front driver's side wheel is definately turned out to the right. Is it even safe to drive while it's like this? Will get my better half to poke his head under there & shall tell him what you've all suggested. Not sure how that will go cause he's not a jeep guy....but still better than the local mechanics!

Did you take it to get the wheel alignment/balance as a result of a new lift or was it just general maintenance?

Were you having steering or stability issues?

My TJ Has eccentric washers on the front end of the lower control arm bolts and slotted diff mounts, therefore Caster Adjustable also.

Also as for checking the toe in/out like this is very rough and not accurate enough as the toe has to be measured at Axle Height on the front and rear of the wheels and so how can you measure the rear width through the chassis gearbox etc.

I took mine to a tyre shop after fitting a new tie rod using this method and it was within a mm, since then I've always done it myself. I take my steering apart that often I can't afford to get a wheel alignment at the shops everytime.
You can easily get a tape measure behind the axle..

A 2" suspension lift will not give you much of a castor issue. Camber is not adjustible and should not go out unless you have really bent your axle/diff. TOE IN should be set to 0mm with a lifted TJ, espacially if you have bigger tyres.
Also if you dont have an adjustible track bar on the front set at the right setting; when the Jeep is lifted the drivers side front wheel will be further to the drivers side and the passenger front wheel will stick out less from the passenger side if thats the case and it bothers you or affects steering then you may need an adjustible track bar.

Thanks for that Maxy..... it just bothers me as u can see it. As for steering it feels fine to me....a shopping trolley to everyone else.
Theooz> just maintenance & the fact it's 'sticking out' to the right a bit....
Lovemewrangler> shall be paying the mechanic another visit hopefully this week so shall see what he says.
Think I will just end up getting some 31s for it soon......
