I am going to have to vote for Coopers as well. I'm surprised I've only seen two others mention it. It's a great trip too, especially in the spring time. We used to make it part of our regular motorcycle trips on Sundays. Coopers for lunch, Fredricksberg for shopping, Luckenbach for a beer and a song, then the long way home through Wimberly.
Great trip by car or bike, and if you have someone from out of town it's an easy way to show them the hill country and get a lot in for one day.

Did the CREB 2 weeks ago all good, get a permit and have a swim at roaring meg falls very refreshing
