Hi everyone ,
First post since I,ve joined a few days ago.
Lost my serpentine belt some time ago and after a quick inspection found that
one of the pulley had it.
Trying to remove it by unscrewing bolt the wrong way and managed to snap it.
Is there anywhere that I can get a new one?
ATM i welded the bolt back thogeter and seems Ok but still...would like it to be a one piece bolt.
Had a bit of a headake finding a replacement pulley .The width was to small
for the belt and I've finished up buying 2 metal (Ford EA) and weld them togheter than cut to size and machined .

Check out the diesel XJ sticky thread for sources of the correct pulleys available quite cheap.
The left hand screw is available from Jeep as a spare part, I broke mine and got a new one there.
You could try a bolt specialist such as Nepean Boltmaster. They may have it or be able to get one.
