Default Rear tow point bracket is bent

Hey guys the rear recovery point bracket on my wj grand has bent and is digging into my rear bumper. Was just wondering what i can do to have a stonger recovery point for a reasonable price?

there is no rear recovery point, except the towbar of course.
I'm guessing you're talking about the shackle attachment for the safety chain when towing a trailer etc DO NOT RECOVER FROM THIS!!!!!!
Just get multigrips out and bend it back, maybe heat it up a bit before you do it. Mine bends often when offroad and will break off eventually i'm sure, so i don't bother straightening it now.
Use your towbar for recoveries - hitch pin through the loop of the strap

I stand corrected, there is actually a rear tow hook available for the WJ to go on the back left corner, i've just never seen one before.
Personally i'd rather pull from the towbar in the centre of the car than a hook on the corner

Yeah thats the one. I don't have a tow bar fitted so i was just seeing what other options were.
