pulled the fuse on mine, something happened and it's jammed up, the motor would sit there and continue trying to wind down the antenna even after I turned it off and took the keys out, no fuse no worries

Thanx guys Cant find the plug as per cherokrazy's answer, will look for a fuse to pull.

Its just above the fuse panel in the dvrs side kick panel ... bit of a mongrel to get at.

Common issue is the plastic drive items breaking/stripping .... was a writeup/post here somewhere that mentioned an available aftermarket ant replacement or repair part.

Thanx carves I got the kick panel off and found the coax cable so now will look above the fuses. Thanx so much.
I was going to pull the fuse for it but the 98 model has alot of 10 amp fuses and owners manual i got with the car is for preupdate and says #14 fuse is for power antenna but the same # on 98 model doesnt correspond.
Couldnt find a diagram of fuse block in parts cat or factory manuals i downloaded from greatlakes.
Thanx heaps for all the help, its great being able to get help from fellow jeep lovers.

not sure who works in the fuse department at the Jeep factory but i reckon they need a good f-----g!!!!
