hey guys.

just doing some research and just wondering what everybodies opion is about four wheel driving, if its bad or good, and twhat you think needs to change to make it better.

nothing wrong with 4wdriving as long as people dont abuse the priveledge. We have plenty of places to go in Aus but problem is governments answer to everything is to close it down which is a joke.
same old story and thats the select few ruin for the majority

for me 4wd touring is great allows me to take my family to places we otherwise would not be able to go.

Unfortunately there is a minority spoiling it for everyone else. Hopefully the new NCOP rules and track closures will drive the dickheads away. If it doesn't work then the restrictions will only get harsher.

Unfortunatley this small minority often dont pay any attention to the closed signs and go in regardless. This has the wonderfull flow on effect of giving anyone driving a 4wd that looks like it has ever been offroad the tag of enviromental vandal.

People who dont drive offroad do not understand the pleaseure it give some to do it properly, legally and without damaging the natural area.

Behind me is state forest, closed to all vehicles. Every second night I hear engines revving in there trying to get out of the bog they have dug themselves into, or the annoying bumble bee like sounds of multiple trail bikes racing through there.

so because my jeep is lifted 3.5" and i'm on 35s, which i understand will be outside these new ncop rules, i'm a minority dickhead? good attitude champ. not everyone with these sort of mods is a hoon or dedicated environmental vandal
