Only got internet back on this afternoon.
Power back on Sunday night - Phones came back on with power.
Still a large number of areas without internet but if I'm back on then maybe they are too.
Trees down everywhere at my place.
I agree with Puzzel. I had 8 people and 9 dogs camped out at my joint and we were all saying we feel like we've cheated the cyclone. We all had a guilty feeling we'd gotten out with such minimal damage, but once we heard and started to see Cardwell and Tully it turned to sadness for the families of those areas.
I'm Townsville and still no power and poor mobile reception.
I have my sisters generator for the internet at the moment.
Other wise all pretty good.
Shit. Well I hope it's not too far away mate. I was going to kiss the Ergon boys after just 5 days ... Good luck to all the Brownsville guys, hope the power's not to far away.
Still no power. Generator is running the water pump at the station house. ..another camping in the house weekend
