If you dont need a diff cover then why are they such a popular armour choice? Apart from good looks under your lifted KJ, it is much stronger than the standard cover which if dinted, may end up breaking the gears resulting in big bucks to replace the whole differential. And yes I've heard the standard diff covers buckle/dint alot where the lip is.

JBA now has the crane diff cover. My favorite sofar..you can get it in red..
