All good suggestions guys
As a I mentioned, there has never even been a hint of wobble or shake, so this leads me to think some things either loose or worn. Most likely worn as not much has changed except I did change tyres onto new rims, but then again I did drive 500k with no hint. But you never know
My lift is 3" and has been for nearly a year.Firstly, I have an replaced Track Bar with IR adjustable which hasd been there for a long time and is as solid as can be, I used a crow bar and it does not move. Things like that are pretty obvious as yo normally can see shiny metal where movement can occur. It's pretty solid . I installed the damper and it still happened after that.

I can feel movement in all the ball joints and tie rods if I squeeze them with a wrench, about 2mm but no movement side to side. I think that this may be my problem. After all it occurred after I hit rough roads/pot hole.
I suppose with such a heavy engine block, a bit of looseness get exagerated when it feel a bit if side way movement.
I'm now afraid to even drive it until I get these bits replaced. Fortunately it should be not too pricey for parts, It's the labour that's the problem.

I'll let you know how I go. But this death wobble was pretty bad at 100k! As mentioned, it's trying to pull over with cars behind you that is the problem.

DOES ANY ONE RECOMMEND A INSTALLER OF BALL JOINTS IN SYDNEY? PREFERABLY NORTHLY SUBURBS

Well an update on my death wobble;
The more I look into it, the more I need to attend to.
I have ordered 4 x new tie rods, but unfortunately one has to be an OEM version due to RH Drive thingy and no 3rd party one available. This extra one, that sits on the drag link (ie upper bar) left upper was 5 times the price of copies! at least I was able to source the other 3 at a reasonable cost.
From what I read, these should be easy to install as long as you follow some basics
The ball joints are also on order but that is a job for a work shop as I don't have the tools to do so and it needs more detailed removing/reinstalling of other components. All too hard.
But there is more....
also found out, when I visited the local tyre shop (on a hunch), that one of my tyres has split through the centre (torn steel) and ballooned some what and certainly would have contributed to my unstable ride home, scary! Luckily it did not blow out on the freeway!
At least I can run with my other muddies in the mean time.

Now need to ALSO seek a set of new AT tyres. I'm after something that will fit in the wheel well, Thus either 245/70/17 or 265/65/17. Not many of these sizes in LT though,
SO MY Question is -> what are others happy with. Please let me know asap
Thanks
