Jason, do the rear panard rod bracket and look for an adjustable front panard rod (try wooders.....as he does / did stock a strong replacement for RHD TJ's).......that is really all you need to do for a 2" lift regarding centering the diffs.
However should you feel that the steering has been affected then you could try an XJ's pitman arm to replace the TJ's . I have done this to mine and this has seemed to work....all be it im sitting on 4.5 coils with spacers.....and have tinkered with mine a bit.
The XJ's pitman arm is about an inch drop....a dripped pitman arm for a tj i think is closer to 2".
