Perhaps its the wrong link ..... its to a BMW

But if you asking is their a Diesel Rubi in Europe - the answer apparently is "yes".
Greece at least.....

And don't bother asking why not Australia.... that's been covered to death and there's not logical answer except "its a Jeep thing".

I believe the CRD JK Rubicon has always been available in Europe. No idea why they didn't offer it here. One of the most mind boggling decisions I've come across...

Asked the same question of the Chrysler Australia Rep yesterday and was told its because they dont build it in right hand drive, only left hand drive. It seems Chrysler Australia are aware of the demand refer recent survey here http://talkingjeepoz.blogspot.com/20...g-support.html
They say that unless they get approval for right hand drive it wont happen, unless maybe when the yanks sell the diesel in the US they may build it then.
Its been sold in Europe for some time.
A large proprtion of JK CRD Buyers who already selected and purchased the Renegade pack would have purchased a Rubicon if it was available. Most of these buyers have spent a small fortune at ARB and other places on trying to make their own version of the Rubi.

Yeah I don't understand that explanation at all. The only difference between the regular JK and the rubicon is transfer case, disconnects and lockers - none of which have anything to do with RHD or LHD...
