Honestly I dont care if its slow. If it gets me out ill be happy with it. Whats wrong with the wired one if you have to be inside anyway? Wire not winding on properly is a little worrying though.
What do you think people? Trex @ $400, tigerz11 @ $750 or warn @ $1000. I know there in different price brackets but I dunno if its worth spending more than double the money for a few uses a year but then again when it comes to the point you need a winch you want it to get you out.
At least I'll have a bull bar to mount it to now. Steel finally arrived.
Thanks.

sorry i got mine from agrmachinery too, great communication, havent had anything break yet so cant say anything about the warranty, but i got i think 1.5years warranty on it which is good enough for me.....

when i was doing research i saw a few people had complained about "other" products on ebay they sell but couldent find any issues or complaints about the winches they sold.....but it does well for the price, my mate andrew has used his and loves it, another mate tyson just got one but hasent had to use it yet

seems like more and more people are starting to get them, at this stage i would recommend it to others, if its still good in a years time then i think its well worth it!

someone on a forum i found has had his for 3years and its still going strong so his lasted and is still going, hopefully there are consistent in that aspect too

The problem is I dont want to wait a year to buy it lol. I suppose getting a cheap winch and 37s sooner is just as good as a expensive winch and 33s later.
I think I might order one of these I was mostly worried about AGR because of all the negative feedback.

man just get one and if it shits the bed who cares its only 400bucks, then you can go get a warn or tigerz

or if you want put that 400 towards the tigers or warn, its up to you really, would make sence to keep saving a get a well know branded one, i just didnt see the point in spending close to 1000bucks on something i might only use a hand full of times a year you know, aslong as it works when i need it ( and it has been ) then thats good enough for me

If I were you I'd go the tigers from dbor, they have good reviews and would be easier to deal with if it does shit itself. Generally when you need a winch your cars broken ie can't move itself or your stuck down to the chassis in a mid hole or something similar so usually it's used at extreme times. It's a peice of recovery equipment that you really don't want breaking when your stuck, I'd spend asmuch as you can afford. I've got a warn tabor 9k which came with the car and only dramas I've had are that the solenoid box got caught up whilst the wire was spooling on, but it's easy to relocate. I've recovered plenty of cruisers and discoveries ( mates always getting stuck!!) but I probs wouldn't spend that bit extra for the warn unless your going to something a little more decent $1800 and above.

I suck at making decisions. I can wait and afford to get any but I get paid next to nothing so it takes me 2 months to save enough for a tigerz.
