That would be Steve Cushnahan - founding member and now new president of JOCWA. His Chief was on display at the American Independence Day Fair.
It sure is a nice vehicle.

Ok WTF is going on!! I drove my red TJ for 4 years and trust me you couldn't miss it and it never got spotted now I'm in a JK and you still don't see me? Ok so what Jeep do I need to drive to be seen . I've seen most of you guys, maybe I'm in invisible mode like a Knight Industry 2000 car

Don't feel bad Vic - we have three jeeps and none have ever been spotted!

And my TJ has HELL YEAH blazoned across the windscreen! I see so many and even get waves but they must not be on AJOR

But I do see yours out on the trails
