Scams. Are they getting worse or is the net getting better?

Any person who has to tell you every detail about their life and convince you that it is legitimate right off the bat is obviously a scam.

Oh and if someone contacts you about your car for sale and link you to the paypal website, it is obviously a scam..

It's so easy to see though these people and there poorly worded emails. It's a wonder so many people fall for it.
