Update,
Have done a 100+ ks and the jeep is running fine with no CELs..
So, either the sensor cleaning did the job or the 10mm socket has positioned itself in such a way to short out any CEL readings....
Either way its a win / win..

Now, where do you get a Provent, or similar, at a reasonable price..?

Ring the guys at Sydney Filters they will overnight it out to you or you can pick it up from them at Arndell Park (Sydney). Make sure you ask for the discount (that they offer to Aus Jeep members, and Sydney Jeep Club as well).

Or just get yourself a GDE tune and dont worry about the hassle of installing the Provent.

I already have the GDE eco tune.
But I believe that only stops the egr not the oil from the crank breather.?

Which could explain why the 1st time I cleaned the boost sensor (before the eco tune) it was sooty, this time it was just oily.????

Not sure...

oh,
thats an interesting ?.
I was under the impression a provent wasnt necessary if you had a GDE tune.
i'll have to re-visit this then.
Glend can you comment?
