What did you think of the smart door kit? Its on my wish list at the moment!

Today I tested the new door seal kit installed at the dealers yesterday. I no longer have a leak over the passenger side door handle YIPPEEEEEE. Only been doing it for 18 months...

But now they have introduced 2 new leaks in the process - now runs down the inside of both front doors on the paintwork just in front of the windows...!

Nah, not yet, though over the last 5 days they have had a dozen opportunities to pull me over for a quite chat , they confirm to spec so I don't expect too much trouble, have to get the RHD not LHD kit though

Quite honestly they are a bastard to install but well worth the hassle.

Thanks to Vic at Blackjack, I fitted 2 new rear antenna/light holders to each side of the spare.
Just to check it, I got a couple of cheap led lights to put on and the light output is amazing. I went for "low profile" lights to minimise the blocking of the visibility through the rear vision mirror.
A couple of D2's might replace them a little later on.
