I have Oziexplorer with a ton of topo maps (the whole country) plus I run Sygic for street mapping. Both work great and are fast and responsive on the Xoom

Cheers
Steve

It's an Android version, nice big buttons and designed for a touch screen unlike the PC version. The CE and PC version wont work on Android anyway.

Cheers

I have a ton of free maps you can have a copy of. Pretty much cover the whole country and are very detailed for the East Coast. Just remind me before the next SJC trip and I'll bring my laptop and we can copy them straight on to a micro SD card if you have one (you'll need a SD cad adapter for it to fit my PC card reader slot)

Cheers
Steve

Papa Go would be my choice here, though they are not that dynamic as you have to purchase/download specific applications that work for a certain map setup, which means that you need different applications for different countries, which might be a blunder for some, but not for me.

I like it that you will be able to apply specific settings for whichever country you use it for and not something universal which will make it some sort of a challenge to fix when things head south.
