Default Trading area suggestions

Hi,

Have a couple of suggestions which I think would improve the trading area if I may.

* All items for sale must include a photo of the actual item (not a web photo of a new or similar product)

* Add field "Contact Details" where the seller (or buyer in wanted section) is required to list how they wish to be contacted. Eg, No PM's all offers in thread. OR mobile phone number, OR Please PM any offers etc.

Cheers.

Ed

Why?

For point one, pretty much because the first question most people ask about an item where the seller has not posted pics is "Got any pics?"

Second point is used in a couple of other forums I frequent and works well. Just a suggestion.

I tend to agree with both points.
Pics speak a thousand words as they say, and sell a product sooo much easier.
The second one, I have sent countless PM's or posts as a enquiry or response and got nothing back. It would be good to have a prefered contact.

Really it just comes down to how quickly you wish to sell your item ,if you post pics and are easily contactable then this will help the sale ,but AJOR has no intention of forcing people to post pics or contact details ,having said that i would not buy off anyone not willing to pass on a ph number after i had established contact with a seller.

I think web pics are OK if the seller states that to be the case.
The item may be removed from the vehicle and for clarification, better seen mounted on the vehicle.
