glad to see some progress i've got a similar project sitting in the shed had most bits for the last 10 years. re-kindling the urge to finish it now.

Yes this is the secound one i have built, i should never of sold the first one, but i guess this one will be a bit better as i learnt what not to do and what to do from the first.

Haha .. pleased i have motivated someone, i will say one thing though it is a pity we do not have America's design rules and regulations, oh boy wouldnt i have fun then, i.e widened wheelbase with wheels out past the guards, rollbars, lights on the roofrack, ridiculous motor hangin out the back , etc. However knowing this thing has to be inspected before registration means keeping within our rules.

Yeah I wish! Driven some of the awesome bajas and buggies in the states that are somehow "legal", so wish we could get away with that here!!
