In a pinch you can leave the plastic piece in place and hold the window up (about 5mm from max height) with a 3/16 inch diameter set screw through the highest of the double holes in the zincalumed track. That allows a solution to be arrived at in due course.

Dastrix may I suggest you make sure it is the right one! given the changes that were implemented by Jeep in production and post production repairs....some are NLA and they have been replaced with earlier models ...etc A very complex story. Please be careful and read what Steiger say about this. With respect please proceed with caution before committing too many $'s.
The regulator from the inside of the door appears to look fine, so im not sure whats fine

Does anyone know the part numbers for the various models? Front Drivers side

So, my cable has come out of the sheath... Is this still repairable or do I need a whole new unit?

Spiegler to the rescue, fixed this evening. Works great! just couldnt get the bloody little screw behind the door opening latch to bite :/
