The driving light wiring is rated the same as the high beam wiring 130Wea, if you had told me that you needed extras I could have configured it for you.....

Its all good, I believe that will be sufficient as they are definitely bigger gauge than the wires running the current setup and there are two of them!

Anyone fitted 90/130 globes to theirs yet? I am thinking of going down this path for mine but I am concerned about blinding oncoming traffic. I assume that the small size of the XJ's headlights means that this concern is unfounded.

BTW - JJ I am half way through the install and the driving light connection looks like it will be a breeze with the added benefit of a proper earth connection(the previous owner earthed them to a shared earth under the dash).

Sweet, just wondered since my car is about 6 inches higher than stock, didn't want to be burning the retinas out of other drivers.

Just wind them down,I use my garage door to get them even then take for a drive.On low beam you want them down on the road out about 30 odd meters....you will work it out.

Apologies KJ looks like I was wrong...... JJ makes "Bugger All" not nothing out of them. I should maybe more specific when I quote someone so I don't get egg on my face......
