BFH. is what I used. Took me less than five minutes. It could mean dropping the lower arms though so you can get enough droop to get a swing at it. Other way is a ball joint press and a piece of pipe, that's fine if you have one.

The passengers side one can be a bit of a pain, in the past I've resorted to hammering the rubber out (usually just falls out cos the bush is stuffed) then using a hacksaw to cut the steel shell...
Hammer in sideways with a cold chisel to collapse the outer shell of the bush.This will form a closed C shape.This shrinks the outer shell making removal easier.
