Is watagans forest rd open again? Last time a friend and I went there it was closed due to road works.

Nothing listed on the Olney State Forest or Watagan NP website.It was closed from near Prickly ridge road to past Daniel pt rd a month ago and the idiots didn't lock the gate at the top of Whitemans ridge rd,we came in there,drove towards Daniels and a truck tried to drive me off the road.He thought we had moved the barrier.That wasn't on the website.They also seem to leave road closed signs up on trees after the road is reopened,you go down a road,then come back later,and there is a road closed sign .Its this sort of incompetence that causes accidents.And they want to keep us out,we should be locking them out.
